Juuzou Suzuya, the CCG’s resident child or not so child genius. Juuzou is one of the enduring cast of Tokyo ghoul. Over the years he’s grown to be quite popular. Much like so many other Tokyo Ghoul characters Suzuya is troubled, with an even more troubled past. Fortunately he’s gotten much better but a lot of his trauma still lingers. HE IS SUPER POPULAR
Juuzou is one of the more popular Tokyo Ghoul characters. Consistently ranking high in popularity rankings Juuzou ranked fifth in the first popularity ranking and later in the latest came in at sixth. A lot of people like the character and it’s easy to see why.
HIS NAME TRANSLATES TO THE NUMBER 13
It is possible to write Juuzou’s name with the Kanji translating to 13. His association with the number 13 goes even deeper and Juuzou and the number 13 certainly have a special relationship. The number can be associated with his hair clip, his qinque and his association with the 13th ward.
JUUZOU SUZUYA IS LIKELY TO BE AMBIDEXTROUS
It is not confirmed by from the stitches on his right-hand and the way he wields his throwing knives it can be deduced that Juuzou is either left-handed or ambidextrous. Just another reason for fans to love him, as though there were not enough already.

Juuzou is a true prodigy on par with the likes of Kishou Arima, as he is the first investigator since Kishou to make second class in his twenties. It must be one of the reasons he is so beloved because he is remarkably strong and remarkably talented.
